X-Pert has also assisted the City of Johannesburg in the planning and management of a number of their strategic projects most notably with the development of their Integrated Development Plans.

 
We have completed the development of a Project Support Office establishment and implementation at the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC).
 
X-Pert was awarded the tender to build the Project Support Office and transfer Managing By Project and Project Management practices and skills for the South African Revenue Services (SARS) and the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) and were subsequently retained by Parliament of South Africa for the purchase of our Managing By Project (MBP®) methodology to assist in the establishment of a Project Management Office to support the strategic initiatives of the 3rd Parliament. X-Pert is also currently in discussions regarding our consulting services for the further development of the Parliament of South Africa Project Office to support the implementation of the core projects which will follow the appointment of the 4th Parliament of South Africa.
